We wanted one sourdough sandwich with sausage and it came with bacon not sausage. I really wish there was a closer location because I feel stupid coming here when I know my order will be wrong. But most of the time I don’t even get an apology. ![]() I will say one of the probably dozen of times this is has happened I was offered a free sandwich. I shouldn’t have to check my order in the Parking lot every time to make sure it’s right. And I’m not even talking about the multiple times I’ve been given the wrong order. I would understand if it’s busy or if people are new but I see the same people every time and half the time there’s nobody in the store. Not sure why they offer egg whites if nobody knows how to make a sandwich with them. I would understand not being able to hear but they can ask for the order to be repeated but they usually repeat the order back. EVEN THEN my order has been wrong multiple times. Kept coming back (not sure why) and would order the same thing in store, because maybe there’s an issue with the app (even though my receipt clearly would say egg white). I wish I could tell you the amount of times I had to turn back around to get my correct order with egg whites. I used to religiously order in the app and always get egg whites instead of regular eggs. I love brueggers but this location is horrible. Which it really needed because generally the entire scene was sloppy and far below the standard I've seen in other Chipotles. And if a manager reads this and I hope a manager does read this, to be completely Fair two of the eight people besides the guy that helped me, were cleaning the stations. I had to grab my own food and pack it into a bag myself because she just walked away, I had to grab my own receipt because she just walked away, what is wrong with people? She rang me up and didn't offer me receipt, didn't acknowledge the transaction was complete, just went back to her friend's chit-chatting away with her mask half down over her chin. Inconsiderate person endangering everyone else. How challenging is this? With cases on the rise, figure out how to pull the mask up over your face and stop being lazy. She was more concerned about gabbing with her coworkers, AND wore her mask incorrectly, COVID has been going on for 2 years. She didn't engage, treated the two customers that were in the store like we were an annoyance getting in the way of her social time. The cashier was probably the worst I've ever seen. That's why it saves a star from one star. My son loves their $11 grilled cheese - guess I will have to find a designer sandwich from another restaurant.Įight people "working" And I still had to wait for the poor one guy who was doing all the work for everyone else. "Hangry" kids and a "hangry" mom were not a good combo! If I could give zeros for my ratings I would do so. I had 3 hungry kids who got only half their food. LAST TIME EVER I give this company my business or another chance. If this is a monitored site, maybe I have a chance of actually hearing back from someone who will be helpful. This time Panera owes me $39.43 plus tax for missing food. And I cannot even get through to a person to ask for a refund. My bag clearly is marked "Bag 1" implying there was more than one (see picture). We open the one delivered bag and found cold sandwiches and well over half the order missing. Lo and behold Door Dash roles up at 2:20PM, almost 2 hours after I placed the order. I just kept getting a recording that would then ring and ring with no answer. I started calling looking for the order at 2:00. This time I ordered the food at 12:30PM on a Wednesday. ![]() Of course, when I call back to look for the refund, the new manager who is now working has no idea what I'm talking about. I have complained to management in the past, was told I would receive a credit back to my credit card - which has never happened. Not the first, third or tenth time this store has disappointed me with either a really late delivery of cold food, missing items or incorrect items. The cube of meat I ate was seared just enough to be thoroughly enjoyed and not overwhelmed by.įor dessert I ordered the bourbon banana bread pudding. My brother-in-law gave me a bite of his beef tenderloin medallion. I got over eating something that used to quack pretty quickly. I like long pasta so I ordered the duck confit ragu pappardelle. I don't usually drink, but this white wine I enjoyed both its smoothness and its pleasurable effects after just a few well-drawn sips. Fresh ingredients made every bite so tasty. They had beet salads, while I had the arugala salad. Our waitress was a hoot - genuinely enjoys her job. ![]() My wife and I took her brother and his wife - they're visiting from out of town - to Alma Nove for dinner tonight.
